The Beard Group delivers beautiful attention to detail in this 420+ square foot kitchen. The space contains two sinks, two dishwashers, two islands, three ovens, six burner range, heated floors, 42″ plasma television, full size freezer, full size refrigerator, wine cooler, custom 100% solid maple cabinets, quartz counter tops & granite counter tops. So spacious and intelligent is this kitchen, that when 20 of your closest friends come for dinner and your not quite done cooking, they won’t be in your way…

Two islands grace this space. The closer of the two, serves as a snack/cocktail area with low bar stools and plenty of room for loading and unloading the two dishwashers across from it. The second island is for the chef only, and contains a prep sink with disposal and trash/recycling drawers.

12”x24” tile floor set on top of anti-fracture membrane and heating mats. Everywhere you see tile, you feel warmth.

Countertops! White quartz on the islands with black granite on the perimeter. A nice alternative to two-toned cabinetry. This allows for continuity amongst cabinetry while still creating some visual tension in the space.

The Beard Group converted three rooms into one. Notice the two soffits on the ceiling. Each contains load-bearing beams where walls were removed, along with re-routed plumbing for the second floor bathroom located above the space. Soffits also contain the new HVAC ductwork.

All custom cabinetry built out of solid maple. No pressboard here! Islands are one piece weighing in at just under 500 pounds each, before countertops were installed. Islands and lower cabinets were designed to look like furniture.

Feed an army with three ovens and a six burner cooktop.

White Quartz countertops allow you to spill a little red wine and simply clean it up in the morning, they won’t stain. A great choice for a kitchen that is perfect for entertaining.

A very modern kitchen with a flare of traditional can be seen in the custom woodwork detail.

Solid maple custom cabinets were installed first, then multi-stage crown moulding was installed. Everything was then spray-painted with a high-grade laquer to achieve an on site “factory finish” that is absolutely seamless. Be sure to see the before/during pictures of this woodwork.
