Kitchen Remodeling Shaker Heights

“The purchase of our new home was predicated on the expense we needed to incur in order to transform it into our dream home. Prior to purchasing the home we met with the Beard Group and walked through the home several times. They prepared, as best they could, a detailed estimate of the scope and cost of the work required, based on our needs. We also had other companies look at the job and none were as thorough or detailed as the Beard Group.
We will ONLY be using the Beard Group moving forward for any additional work we choose to undertake.
We could not be happier – they transformed a nice home in need of some work, into our dream home!!”

Load bearing wall and electrical panel were removed to open up this side of the kitchen. Remodeled powder room is close to the kitchen, but not too close…

Dimmed lights set the mood for cocktail hour.

Six burner range, pot filler and concealed commercial grade hood with ten-inch vent. The Beard Group removed the servant’s staircase to make room for this area.

Bar area with double drawer dishwasher, prep sink and refrigerated beer tap.

Double wall ovens with microwave located above.

Island is constructed of dark stained cherry, while the perimeter cabinets are oil painted maple.

Ice cold beer from the refrigerated tap sound good? The double drawer dishwasher keeps the cocktail glasses close to the cabinets where they are stored.

Show off your beautiful dishes while storing many more below. Upper cabinets have glass shelves that allow light to cascade downward.

This kitchen is tastefully designed and virtually timeless. This is not a kitchen that will look dated, even when it is…

Two load bearing walls were removed in order to achieve a large kitchen. Formal dining room remains. Picture taken from dining room entrance.

A beautiful cocktail corner. Seats four comfortably while keeping guests out of the cook’s way.

Additional storage located below cushioned bench seat in cocktail corner.

Massive Island with quartz counter top. Over ten feet long! Can you spot the second dishwasher in the island?

A beautiful kitchen for entertaining or breakfast for four seated at the island.

A timeless backsplash.

Lots of lights in this Shaker Heights kitchen.

Salvaged oak flooring from original galley kitchen. The Beard Group repaired some areas while bringing the majority of the oak back to life.

Plenty of outlets at this bakers prep counter. Double ovens (not shown here) located immediately to the right.
