An original bathroom was in need of an update in this 1917 home located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. The Beard Group designers redesigned the floorplan, keeping within the existing footprint of the space. Competing with two doors and a window, the modified floorplan relocated the vanity, tub and toilet. With the new location of plumbing fixtures, we were able to include a double vanity and additional open shelving over the toilet, which gave our client plenty of storage. The neutral grey and white color palette created a soothing and relaxing atmosphere in this one-bathroom home.
