A completed tasteful and timeless bathroom remodel in the Malvern neighborhood of Shaker Heights. The layout of the bathroom didn’t change significantly, but after the remodel, the space feels much larger and brighter. Our clients’ wish listed included a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, so it was imperative to select fixtures that were an appropriate scale for the existing space. The Beard Group design team used every possible inch of this bathroom by designing a curb-less shower stall, custom maple cabinetry, a wall-mounted tub faucet and toe kick heater in place of the old radiator. Recessed niches inside and outside of the shower maximize storage and draw attention to the beautiful glass border. Oversized white subway tile and quartz countertops offer durability and keep the space bright and airy. Beautiful new amenities compliment the attractive and well-kept original details of the older Shaker home.
