Jason can only describe his love of Cleveland area homes and neighborhoods as a passion. A lifelong heights-area resident, Jason is on a mission to raise awareness and attract good people to his home community and the surrounding region. His love of Cleveland carries over into his often belligerent fandom; insisting we are the best and brightest in all things from football to ice cream, beer, coffee, art curation and classical music. You can often find Jason dining in one of our many locally owned eateries or zipping his four children around town to some activity for which he works constantly to afford.

A die-hard Browns, Cavs and Tribe fan, Betsy carries that same passion and pride into her real estate career.  With over ten years of experience in the real estate and apartment leasing industries, Betsy has the knowledge required to confidently represent you and meet your buying/selling needs.  She has lived in University Heights, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and Beachwood and is strongly connected to the Greater Cleveland community. A graduate of Cleveland Heights High School and Ohio University, Betsy spends her spare time with family and friends supporting local merchants, walking her dog and practicing yoga.

Sionann Monroe has been in the business of marketing and selling real estate for 20 years. She has built a career out of assisting a wide range of buyers, from large-scale investors to first-time homebuyers. Her knowledge of the Cleveland area and its various neighborhoods has proven particularly valuable to her clients over the years. A Cleveland native and enthusiast, she attended Beaumont School, John Carroll University and the Wharton School of Business. She lives with her husband in Cleveland Heights with her three children and one unruly Jack Russell. When she’s not showing homes, you can find her at one of her kids’ events, The Grog Shop, or looking for parking in University Circle.
